Prices

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Prices include any applicable VAT where VAT is chargeable. Wooler and White is currently not VAT registered.

Delivery charges are shown separately and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices, promotions or discounts from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

If we identify an obvious error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order.

Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been accepted for fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you have paid for the cancelled order.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options and their costs are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
