Wooler and White currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

Standard delivery: £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express delivery: £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free standard delivery:
Available on orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, adverse weather or other disruption to delivery services.

Processing your order

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available delivery or tracking information by email.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order.

If you realise that you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@woolerandwhite.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@woolerandwhite.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery service where appropriate and help resolve the issue.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will deal with this in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at orders@woolerandwhite.co.uk, ideally with photographs of the packaging and the item received.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

International delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery.
